*PD ? Enter your PD. If you have seperate messurements per eye, enter both like this '30mm/30mm'. Pupil Distance is the space between the centers of your two pupils. It helps place the lens on glasses right in front of your eyes, so you can see clearly. Think of it like finding the best spot to look through a window. If you do not have a PD on your prescription, please ask your optometrist. You can also measure PD by yourself with an APP called "GlassesOn".
Add bluelight filter? ? If using these glasses primarily for screen work, we recommend adding a blue light filter. Research suggests blue light filters may: support sleep by reducing evening blue light, lower symptoms of digital eye strain, improve screen comfort in low light, and enhance focus during prolonged screen use.
